About OutShine
OutShine is an experience-led virtual Language Lab designed for students of Classes 4 to 8. OutShine follows a competency-based, research-backed approach using the RWSL Method; Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening delivered through immersive activities, role plays, games and audio-visuals.
OutShine is not a spoken English course or a grammar coaching centre. It is a Language Lab, where children experience language through activities and stories. There is no fixed syllabus, the focus is entirely on building real communication
skills.
OutShine is designed for students of Classes 4 to 8, specifically grouped as Classes 4–5, 5–6, 6–7 and 7–8. Each group has a distinct curriculum built after deep research into the learner psychology of that age group.
About the App & Enrollment
Click on ‘Say Hi’ and you will access our Whatsapp account, our team will take you forward from there and set a time and date of your convenience. We just need 15 mins of parents and 45 minutes of the learner. Your child attends the demo and decides if they'd like to continue.
Yes, the OutShine app is completely free to download on Google Play.
Yes, a simple account creation is required on the app to enroll your child for the demo. It takes less than 2 minutes.
After the demo, your child decides whether they'd like to continue. If yes, you can register for the 3-month Language Lab directly through the app.
We completely understand — every child processes experiences differently. If your child would like a little more time to explore before deciding, we are happy to offer one additional free demo session upon request. About the Sessions
All OutShine sessions are conducted virtually, live, online and fully interactive. They are not pre-recorded videos. Each session is a live experience led by our facilitator, with real-time activities, role plays and discussions.
Each session is 1 hour long and conducted on alternate days, 3 sessions per week. This ensures consistent learning without overwhelming your child.
Each batch has a maximum of 6 students. This is a deliberate and non-negotiable design choice. Small batches ensure every child gets personal attention, a safe space to speak and real interaction with peers.
Every session is immersive and activity-driven. It begins with an ice-breaking warm-up, followed by a story, role play, game or audio-visual activity. Students engage with language through doing, speaking, listening, writing and reading, in a fun, pressure-free environment.
In case your child misses a session, we will offer an extra class. The class date and time can be mutually decided between trainer’s and learner’s availability. Please send your query on our Whatsapp number - 93026-44458 and we will process your request. Since OutShine does not follow a fixed syllabus, there might be a change in what your child will learn in the extra class vs what others have learnt.
About the Facilitator
Your child will be learning with Vatsala Garg, founder of OutShine, a certified Instructional Designer trained by KPMG Learning and a language educator with over 5 years of experience working with young learners. Every OutShine session is personally designed and facilitated by Vatsala.
Vatsala brings a rare combination of instructional design expertise and hands-on classroom experience. Every OutShine session is built on a deep understanding of child psychology, learning science and proven language frameworks, not just teaching experience alone.
About Progress & Results
OutShine has a transparent progress structure. Regular assessments are conducted to track each child's growth. Additionally, a Parent Teacher Meeting is held every last Saturday of the month, where you receive a detailed update on your child's progress, strengths and areas of focus.
Every child is different, but most parents notice a visible shift in their child's confidence and willingness to express themselves within the first few weeks. The 3-month Language Lab is designed to produce a meaningful, measurable transformation in communication skills.

Pricing details for the 3-month Language Lab are available on the app after the free demo. We encourage every parent to experience the demo first, we are confident the value will be clear.
Absolutely not. The app is free to download, the demo is free to attend and all pricing is transparently communicated before any commitment is made.

About Accessibility
OutShine is fully virtual and available pan-India, there are no location restrictions. As long as your child has a device and a stable internet connection, they can join from anywhere in India.
A smartphone, tablet or laptop with a stable internet connection and a working camera and microphone is sufficient. No special software or downloads are required beyond the OutShine app.
