Payments for OutShine Language Labs are processed exclusively through the OutShine app
via our third party payment gateway. We do not collect or store any payment card details
directly. All payment transactions are handled securely by our payment processor in compliance
with applicable security standards.
3.3 Session Data
- Sessions conducted through the OutShine app are automatically recorded as part of the platform’s functionality
- Sessions conducted on Google Meet are not recorded by OutShine
- Session recordings are used solely for quality assurance and to support the child’s learning progress

When you use our website or app, we may automatically collect:

- IP address and approximate location
- Pages visited and time spent
- App features accessed and usage patterns
